Coastal Chic Living is a small independent business
located in the heart of Cornwall. With a love for sailing, beautiful Cornwall and the coast what better way than to turn a passion into a business. Having renovated a property we spent considerable amounts of time looking for the right features. So we decided to start our own business with all these under one roof making your shopping experience easier, cheaper and more enjoyable.
We believe our commitment and dedication to forming great
relationships with our customers via social media and in person is paramount. Everyone loves the personal touch and we feel it is one of the reasons people come back to us time and time again. We offer specially selected products and unique handcrafted personal gifts and we love our work.

Do you provide International delivery?
International delivery is available and priced where possible. If you would like delivery to a location not listed then please contact us for a quote. Royal Mail aim to deliver International mail within 3 – 7 days although mail is only classified as lost after 20 working days from the due date in Europe, and after 25 working days for the rest of the world.
How do I return an item?
If there is a problem with any product ordered from us, we would like to hear from you. Please email us in the first instance on hello@coastalchicliving.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your product then please contact us in the first instance. Replacements will be issued for items that arrive damaged on arrival. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What are your delivery times?
For all items made to order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 3-5 working day after you have placed your order. In most instances, items are sent within 2 working days. The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. For any other items, dispatch is within 1-2 working days.

How do I track my order?
We offer a range of shipping methods although most of our items are sent via Royal Mail. Where tracked delivery was requested we shall contact you with the tracking reference of your item once it has been sent.
